Terms of Supply

These Terms of Supply govern quotations, orders and the supply of goods by G.U. Obitolu & Sons Limited ("OBITOLUSONS", "we", "us").

1. Quotations

Quotations are based on the specifications you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices may change if requirements, quantities or market conditions change.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing (including email or WhatsApp). You are responsible for the accuracy of the grade, size, standard and quantity requested.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise and exclude delivery unless included in writing. Payment terms are as stated on the quotation or invoice.

4. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria and pan-African on request. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on stock and destination. Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address.

5. Inspection, returns & warranty

Please inspect goods on delivery. Claims for shortage, damage or non-conformity should be raised promptly. Goods supplied to your confirmed specification are non-returnable except where they do not conform to that specification. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed through to you.

6. Specifications & standards

Where standards (DIN, ISO, ASTM and others) are referenced, goods are supplied to meet those standards as specified on your order. It is your responsibility to confirm the correct specification for your application.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
